Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Unless stated all sizing is based on UK size systems
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We will dispatch your goods as soon as possible, please allow 28 days for delivery.
Shipping for Mainland UK orders is Free of charge on orders of £150.00 (Inc VAT) or more.
Due to the nature of the orders, free delivery is not available on Club Orders
For despatch to UK Mainland you have the choice of:
Royal Mail is charged at £3.00 or £5.50 depending on the value of the order. Orders over £30.00 will be sent on the Courier Service
The Courier Service is charge at £6.50. Courier Service orders placed before12.00 midday will be shipped the next working day on a next day delivery service subject to stock availability.
The Courier Service is a pre noon delivery and will require a signature for delivery. Please provide a delivery address where the package can be signed for. Packages returned as 'Unable to deliver' will be subject to an administration fee of up to £20.00 which will be charged before re-delivery is attempted. This charge is at the discretion of the company and you will be contacted prior to re-delivery / charge. We are unable to specify a specific time within this period.
Orders to 'Non UK Mainland' have specific charges which will be shown upon 'Checkout'
For 'Non UK Mainland' Courier Service delivery can be upto 7 days from Despatch. If you require Tracking information please contact us by orders [at] hockeycentre [dot] com and we will provide the information.
Royal Mail deliveries are sent standard 1st class and cannot be tracked.
If a Royal Mail delivery does not arrive we will provide all assistance we can in locating the package but we are bound by the rules of The Royal Mail (see http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/customerservice2?catId=69800730&mediaId=70300735)
If your order is Urgent or Important we always suggest you send using the Courier Service
International orders will be charged at cost. The system defaults the cost to £60.00 however we will contact you with the correct cost before confirming the order or charging you for any goods or postage.
For 'Club Orders' where either Shop or Club collection has been agreed, as long as you select your club in the drop down list these options will be made available to you.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your as soon as possible. Email confirmations of delivery times for out of stock items will be sent as soon as we have the information.

All goods returned should be sent by Recorded / Registered post. We cannot replace or credit any goods that we do not receive back and cannot be shown to have been received.
Postage is non-refunable
Should you decide to return goods ordered, you may be charged 10% of the items value for restocking.
